The hotel/Juniorsweet is in desperate need of renovation. The spa is quite small, but the loungers in the relaxation room are comfortable; there are six available. More hooks would need to be installed for hanging bathrobes and towels. The same applies to the bathrooms.However, the hotel is highly recommended. It's in a quiet location.

Excellent service and great cocktails!I was very satisfied with the service in the restaurant. The bar staff, in particular, were extremely friendly. A big shout-out to Daniel, who spontaneously and creatively mixed us fantastic cocktails – and was also very entertaining! The atmosphere was pleasant, and I will definitely come back to spend more time there. A great team, very friendly – ​​highly recommended!

We are here as a couple to relax over the weekend and our first impressions are entirely positive.Rooms: A bit dated, but clean and spacious.Nearby activities: The local forest invites you to take walks.Safety: Quiet area and free parking, otherwise difficult to judge based on a short stay.Walkability: There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.Food & drinks: The special homemade sandwich, which cost €22, was incredibly delicious. It was so generously filled that it could feed two people. :-) There's a happy hour from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and cocktails are 20% off during this time. The bartender, Daniel, was extremely service-oriented and friendly and mixed us customized cocktails. Absolutely 5* in this category.Noteworthy details: The spa area is small but nice and located on the 3rd floor. It includes a lukewarm bio sauna and a pleasantly crisp 90°C sauna. There's also a very small steam sauna, which, however, produces a decent amount of steam, as well as an infrared cabin with two seats. There's also a whirlpool, but we found the water temperature in this one to be WAY TOO COLD.There's also a small fitness room next to the spa area and a beauty area.In-room Wi-Fi is available without a password, which is very convenient. All drinks and snacks are subject to a charge.

We were external guests at the Waldhaus Reinbek for breakfast and thought it was very nice! The service managers were extremely friendly and attentive, the table was beautifully set and the selection at the buffet was very tasty. Everything was replenished regularly and there were also a few special features. We particularly liked the omelette station. The only small criticism: a few more colleagues in the service would have ensured that used dishes could have been cleared away more quickly. The lady who did the service did her best, but of course it all takes a bit of time on her own.We'd love to come again!
