Liked  · Die Suite war vom feinsten. Über 100 m², ein großes Badezimmer, eine weitere Toilette mit sehr passend dekorierten Möbeln und sonstigem Interior. Etliche berühmte Persönlichkeiten haben in dieser Suite übernachtet. Jeder dieser Persönlichkeiten hat ein Metallbeschlag mit seinem Namen am Türrahmen hinterlassen. Berufsbedingt habe ich auf dem Zimmer gegessen und es war hervorragend. Eine Bolognese hergestellt mit gehacktem vom Reh oder die grüne Bärlauchsuppe, ein Traum!

Disliked  · Leider vergaß ich bei der Abreise meine Schminktasche. Bei einem Anruf im Hotel wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass seitens des Housekeeping in meinem gebuchten Zimmer nichts gefunden wurde. Schade, aber das hätte ich in einem Haus dieser Klasse nicht erwartet und eine weitere Buchung (es war die 2. innerhalb von vier Wochen) werde ich wohl nicht tätigen.

A really very nice hotel and conference center. I was there for work. I immediately felt really comfortable. I can only rave. Everything is so cozy and the employees are all so nice. The food was also fantastic. The hotel has everything you need. Even a salt cave, more than one sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and a small fitness studio. The room is very well maintained and has a very comfortable bed. There were also necessary drinks and snacks to accompany the TV program in the hotel room. Of course, the necessary resources for care were not lacking either. The breakfast was excellent and left nothing to be desired and the table service was very accommodating and polite. The service employee, Ms. Bauer, really surprised me with her skills and had a confident answer to every question. After being recommended to pay attention to the salt cave and the spa area, I used them and was pleasantly surprised. We also liked the recommendation of some of the sights in Hamburg and gave us the feeling that we were in good hands. Overall, we liked it above average.
