The ladies at reception are very friendly! We had to inform the restaurant staff that we wanted to reorder drinks, the food didn't arrive until very late, other guests were given priority (it was probably because of the Lamborghini that the trio of guests had parked in front of the hotel). The food was good. The breakfast was very good, even though it was very hectic there on the day of our departure (Sunday) and some things didn't really go smoothly, the stay was pleasant.A small note: the fountain in front of the house is active from 6 a.m.... Don't forget earplugs in summer as there is no air conditioning and you have to sleep with the window open.....Rooms: We had a premium room. The bathroom or shower was the highlight!Safety: We felt very safe at all times.Food & drinks: Quite expensive

We celebrated our wedding in the Waldhaus and were completely satisfied. You could already feel the professionalism in the preliminary discussions. Professionals work there who know how to organize a good celebration.We could rely on everything and our every wish was fulfilled. The prices were transparent from the start.The wedding ceremony in the beautiful atrium was a highlight of the day. The food (BBQ buffet) was excellent and the service staff was courteous and attentive. The smallest details were thought of to make us completely happy.We will definitely come back for our first wedding anniversary. Thank you!Rooms: The suite is huge. A Getting Ready with a total of 9 people could easily take place there. Unfortunately the room was not yet modernized. But we knew that. Unfortunately it was super warm as the rooms are not air conditioned.Food & drinks: The food is fantastic!

Beautifully located a bit out of the way but idyllic and still a quick walk into Reinbek. Very pleasant, exclusive and attentive, discreet interaction with the guests. I like that! You can tell that the employees are very well trained. This was my first test visit, if we get the project from our company in the area, I will recommend it to my employees.
