The trip was thought through to ensure we saw all the highlights and were in calm conditions every night. We swam with turtles and saw heaps of coral and fish. This was the best holiday we have ever had. I would recommend Portland Road to anyone. Very easy and top class.

What just happened? That was amazing. I tagged along with a mate, not really knowing what l was getting in to! What an eye opener. From the natural beauty of the Whitsundays, to how well this company does everything. The history, the indigenous stories and their efforts to help the Reef. I'm a little embarassed that l found this on my back door step and never would have gone without my mates invitation. Portland Roads was such a beautiful boat. You can see and feel the care and attention to detail. I learnt to sail and have never had such an opportunity to just kick back and relax. I loved the effort they've gone to in gently reminding us that we can all do so much more to help the orb we live on. You'll be seeing me and my family next time. Thanks everyone, ***.

We have just returned from a fantastic 5 nights aboard the Lucy. Absolutely fantastic experience. Deano ran through everything after boarding and made sure we were familiar with the operation of the vessel. He was always contactable for suggestions as to route and other issues that cropped up. The Lucy has everything you could need for a comfortable cruise, and each bedroom with its own bathroom was an appreciated luxury!Highly recommend taking up the early boarding and late departure options - the facilities at the marina were very welcome after our cruise, and we didn’t feel time pressure to board and unpack. Can also recommend Fishi for seafood - excellent service and advice, and they delivered to the marina the morning of our departure. As two families with young children and minimal boating experience - we couldn’t fault Portland Roads and the Lucy. We are already thinking about another trip...Thanks again.

The experience was amazing. *** was a fantastic teacher and we felt confident in heading out. He. Also checked in 2 times a day and kept us informed and also provided advice on where to go for the best snorkeling and best places to spend the night. We will definitely go again and u highly recommend doing it. JD
