    The hotel is more a 3 or 4 stars than a 5 stars. It might be due to lower service quality in low season period. The rooms are clean, but design, furniture and equipment are very basic. I was in particular disappointed by the fact I couldn't use the Spa...

    The hotel is more a 3 or 4 stars than a 5 stars. It might be due to lower service quality in low season period. The rooms are clean, but design, furniture and equipment are very basic. I was in particular disappointed by the fact I couldn't use the Spa (Sauna) that only opens at 12pm and hotel reception not allowing a late checkout unless I pay extra 75 Euros.
