I just love it!The atmosphere in the restaurant is great, the food is always delicious, the staff are friendly and attentive. Sitting outside under the trees in the Sachsenwald in summer... just beautiful.Parking spaces are right in front of the door.The spa area is great, the treatments (I use spa packages like “Heavenly Tranquility”) are a dream. Every time I feel like I've been wrapped in cotton wool afterwards.This year it was supposed to be a party with friends from 10.30 p.m. on New Year's Eve. Unfortunately, Corona hit me really hard, so New Year's Eve was canceled for me.Our friends were thrilled: flat rate drinks, various good snacks at midnight, great music & location and a highly motivated team that was in a good mood and on their toes. I was a little jealous... But the management even refunded my card, which I'm still happy about.The only thing I haven't used yet as a resident of Reinbek is the hotel rooms. But who knows...?I can only recommend the Waldhaus. Always happy. Thanks.

We always enjoy being here and this year we also took part in the New Year's Eve celebration. The highlight was the midnight snack and the mixed audience (mid-20s to 80s). The food in the restaurant (duck & rump steak) as well as the breakfast buffet are very tasty and the ambience is stylish yet modern. The American Bar has its own charm and the staff has always been very accommodating to us. The wellness area is never too crowded and you can enjoy a few days of break here in a beautiful and stylish way. The rooms are well equipped and maintained. We'd love to come back.
