Ich liebe es hier und besuche dieses wundervolle Hotel jedes Jahr. Ein Aufenthalt ist jedes Mal ein echtes Highlight und ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen! Der Spa-Bereich ist fantastisch, das Personal unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Zimmer sind stets makellos und gemütlich. Jedes Mal freue ich mich darauf, wiederzukommen – der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon fest eingeplant!

Prices okay.Rooms: Large rooms, well equipped but would recommend a suite.Safety: Guests who misbehave will be immediately taken into custody. 😁Food & drinks: Unfortunately there are a few points to note at breakfast: scrambled eggs were kept warm for too long, so some of them were very dry, and one slice of bread was armor plate. Rolls and all the rest were okay.Noteworthy details: We think it's nice that there are plaques on the room doors with the names of more or less famous celebrities who have stayed there.

I can't rate the room!!But we go to the cocktail bar here regularly and it's the best around!!The staff is super friendly and always very attentive!!I would especially like to mention Lana, who has a great handle on her crew and knows the names of every regular customer as well as their drink preferences 👍👍Walkability: The forest is right outside the door

The Waldhaus is a wonderful hotel in Reinbek. Located on the edge of the forest and still close to the center.You can reach Hamburg city center within a short time by car or S-Bahn.The Waldhaus always enchants us with its beautiful ambience. Cozy rooms, a restaurant with delicacies and a spa area enable us to have a stay that delights all the senses.The employees ensure a relaxing and stress-free stay.After an excellent meal in the restaurant, you can end the evening at the bar.We particularly like the regular events. From musical dinners to New Year's Eve celebrations. We're always happy to be there.After the many good impressions in the Waldhaus, we even celebrated our wedding there.A celebration entirely according to our wishes. Perfectly accompanied. From planning to implementation - everything was implemented and accompanied to our complete satisfaction.Five stars from us for this beautiful 5 star hotel!

The house is a bit old with its 80s/90s chic - which doesn't go unnoticed, even though some things have already been renovated and are in keeping with today's times.Rooms: We were lucky and got a completely renovated room. It was very nicely furnished and met our expectations and also the current times. Our friends had no luck and got a “retro room”. See above - no longer state-of-the-artFood and drinks: The breakfast buffet is very weak - you don't seem to have noticed any of the newer food trends, which is surprising, because the evening menu offers vegetarian and vegan dishes. Every mid-range hotel offers more here. At breakfast you look for this in vain, even when you asked, there was nothing like that - oat milk was the only thing there was. However, if you like hearty things like eggs, bacon, liver sausage, meat and high-calorie pastries, you'll get your money's worth.
