Wow, what a fabulous experience!! Everyone should visit the wonderful “Whitsundays “ We have previously chartered a bareboat, a fantastic experience, but Portland Roads exceeded all expectations! Such a beautiful boat, so much room and beautifully maintained. The ensuited master cabin was the best!! Can’t wait to do it all again ❤️

Big thanks to Portland Roads for a great week at Sea! Lucy was luxurious with 4 double ensuite air-conditioned cabins and an integrated generator to power the lot!Special thanks to John for helping to plan and book the trip with local knowledge. Also big thanks to Dean for the briefing and daily skeds.

Fantastic week of sailing with the Portland Roads. Deano provided an awesome itinerary and easy-to-follow instructions.Boat was very clean and well kitted-out for cooking, and comfortably slept 6 adults. Plenty of fridge space for a full week of food, beers and wine.Wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again, and what a magical part of the world to explore!

From start to finish the team at Portland Roads were absolutely amazing, John for answering all of my questions leading up to it and Deano for showing us the ropes and giving us all the great spots with the most breath taking views!For our 6 night adventure - Lucy was incredible! So spacious for the 6 in our crew, clean and had everything you could ask for. What an amazing week. Huge shout out to Demo for getting our crew ready for the trip of a lifetime. He guided us on our journey around the Whitsundays to find some of the most amazing spots. We had northerly wind and managed to get glassy days in North Mackerel bay. A must for anyone if they can get there. so a huge thanks to him for that gem.I can not rate Lucy enough, she was an amazingly comfortable boat to be on and had all the creature comforts. Great kitchen to cook in and plenty of space for drinks. She is very well looked after and for a 16 ton cat sailed very well, great for crusing.Huge thanks to Portland roads, I can't wait to returnRegards David

My wife and I chartered the mighty Portland Roads through John and his team for our honeymoon in September 2020.Mike was exceptional upon arrival and the week couldn’t have been better!!!The weather turned it on for us and made this one trip we will never forget.Thanks the team at Portland Roads!!! We will be back again in the future.
